First, about the 《Magicat》loop
Field Librarian, 《Magicat》+ other Synchro material GY 《De-Synchro》
(1) Summon a Spellcaster Synchro Monster in this situation
(2) Librarian effect activation
(3) Chain 《Magicat》effect to (2) and activate 《De-Synchro》to top of Deck
(4) 《De-Synchro》draw with Librarian effect processing
(5) 《De-Synchro》activate Spellcaster Synchro back and return to (1)
Incorporating 《Tempest Magician》into this loop will result in infinite burn and infinite destruction with arcanite.
So, I will aim for this loop.
Here, I will mainly explain about one-kill with Tempester.
(1) First of all, I think it would be good to use Librarian Summon Junk to catch Doppel special, and Junk to catch 《Magicat》.
(2) Draw 《De-Synchro》with Librarian and Wonder Wand, etc.
