Strength

If you have "Mask Change" or "Mask Change Second" in your hand, and you have a monster (if you change mask, he is an Elemental HERO) card, change it for the time being. Mask Change is a Quick-Play Spell, so it's strong that you can summon a monster, attack it during the Battle Phase, change it, and then attack with that Extra.
Even if there is no change, if you have 2 or more Monsters in your hand and 《Goblindbergh》or 《Fake Hero》in them, you can Xyz. Also, if the monster you can Special Summon is "Shadow Mist", you can add a "Change" Quick-Play Spell to your hand, which is very convenient.

Weakness

Unfortunately, if you don't have a change or a card to make him Special Summon, you can't do anything.

Customize

The reason I put Neos in is to drop it with Cargan, Mask Change Second, or Hero Mask (I put it in for this purpose), remove it with the effect of Koga, and lower her ATK by 2500, or use Emeral. This is because you can summon from her GY. So it might be good to change around here.
