It is [Low Level Beast].
[EXTRA PACK -KNIGHTS OF ORDER-] has been greatly enhanced by "Obedience Schooled" who came to Japan.
The winning streak is basically a beatdown with a high RBI. Making a Kagemusha Tanuki Token with 《No.64 Sandayu Kotanuki》and beating it is the best example of this. You can remove it with 《Kalantosa, Mystical Beast of the Forest》or 《Ryko, Lightsworn Hunter》before connecting to this card, and the deployment itself is not that difficult, so depending on the situation, you can also one-shot it.
There are various decks that he builds around 《Obedience Schooled》, but I think that whether or not to adopt 《Transmodify》in particular will have a big impact on his deck construction. If you want to adopt it, it can be deployed at 《Dark Desertapir》《Madolche Hootcake》. With this, Rank 3 Xyz will also be in sight.
This time it's his deck that didn't use 《Transmodify》.

Strength

The initial move for this Deck is
(1): 《Obedience Schooled》+ Level 2 Beast
(2):《Baby Raccoon Ponpoko》or《Baby Raccoon Tantan》or《Super-Nimble Mega Hamster》
(3):《Nimble Momonga》
3 ways.
In the case of (1), the final board would be “《No.64 Sandayu Kotanuki》x2” or “《No.64 Sandayu Kotanuki》+ 《The Fabled Unicore》”. In the former case, it is a simple lock unless it is knocked out by 《Compulsory Evacuation Device》or 《Bird Musketeer, Castel》. In the latter case, it is necessary to recruit 《The Fabled Cerburrel》with 《Obedience Schooled》, but you can secure at least 2300 hit points with the “Kagemusha Tanuki Token”.
In the case of (2), all three say the same thing, and ultimately we are aiming for a set of 《Baby Raccoon Tantan》. In the case of "Baby Raccoon Ponpoko", it basically becomes a stick with 800 points, so the battle damage may be a burden, but other than the initial move, for example, "Baby Raccoon Tantan" and "Ryko, Lightsworn Hunter" return the turn behind the scenes. In the early game, you can connect with 《No.64 Sandayu Furuta》, and since it also has a disadvantage with 《Obedience Schooled》, I don't think you need to worry about it too much.
In the case of (3), it's not bad in the sense that if you pass it, you can get 3000 LP gain, or you can connect to Synchro or Xyz on the next turn.

It's an excellent initial move, but 《Baby Raccoon Ponpoko》is noticeably slow after the midgame, and as I mentioned earlier, it's easy to damage if you don't set up a Trap as an initial move, so I'm using 2 copies.
● “Mystical Beast of the Forest” monsters
《Kalantosa, Mystical Beast of the Forest》x2
《Valerifawn, Mystical Beast of the Forest》x2
Both are pretty strong.
《Valerifawn, Mystical Beast of the Forest》requires attention to SS battle position, limited to Attack Position or Back Defense Position. Sometimes I feel like I need three.
I don't want 《Kalantosa, Mystical Beast of the Forest》to appear in my hand too much, and I will be recruiting with 《Obedience Schooled》and 《Baby Raccoon Tantan》, so I have 2 copies.
● “Nimble” monsters
《Nimble Momonga》x3
《Super-Nimble Mega Hamster》x2
The former can do his LP gain and expansion at the same time, and if you think about using the effect, it's a stack of 3. However, it's not very strong if it's doubled in your hand, so the number of cards in the Deck is slightly higher. I think this is somewhat different. It's kind of relaxing, though.
The latter is level 4, and there isn't much synergy in that regard. However, it is one of the few that has over 1,000 RBIs even though it is originally low, so it can survive a little when you play the "Kagemusha Tanuki Token".

In order, there are the roles of "Removal/GY Fertilization", "Fabled" Tuner/Hand Cost, "Removal (Bounce)", "RBI Up", and "RBI Up".
It's not weak, but basically it's a card with a strong significance to give you a wide range of recruits and revives.
However, there are also scenes where they are active, and it is a four that can not be underestimated unexpectedly.
《EM Chiamor》is an idea I received in the comments. I haven't used it much yet, so I can't say much about it, but I think it's a good match.
●Other monsters

《Cyber-Stein》x2
For the former, the "Kagemusha Tanuki Token" is level 1, so it works well with 《Junk Warrior》. With monsters, you can connect to one-shots such as 《Trishula, Dragon of the Ice Barrier》and excellent S monsters to support them.
The latter is a classic example of high risk-high return. However, with Naturia Exterio you can ignore most of your opponent's interference, and with Master of Oz you can easily overwhelm with RBIs. If you use it at the same time as 《Obedience Schooled》, you can recruit 《The Fabled Cerburrel》and use it as S material for 《The Fabled Unicore》. For the time being, Nimble Momonga allows him to gain LP, so it can somewhat cover the backlash in LP spending. When I posted this recipe, it was a pile of pins, but I made it two. It's a bit of a rough idea that the deck will be a little bigger and you won't often draw two. It's not a card that you always want to draw because you can duplicate it, but it's a well-known fact that it's a strong card when you draw it.
● Beast Support Spells

The former is the core of his deck, and I want to draw it as soon as possible. Basically, I'm going to recruit 《Kalantosa, Mystical Beast of the Forest》, 《The Fabled Cerburrel》and 《Tree Otter》, but I want to recruit 《Kalantosa, Mystical Beast of the Forest》with 《Furutanuki Tantan》, so if I'm out-drawing, I'll go with 《Valerifawn, Mystical Beast of the Forest》.
《Ayers Rock Sunrise》has the effect of lowering the RBI of the opponent's monsters, and there are times when it doesn't work well with 《No. I often revive 《Valerifawn, Mystical Beast of the Forest》and head for deployment. Also, even if 《The Fabled Unicore》from 《Obedience Schooled》is destroyed in battle early on, you can re-enter the field with 《Ayers Rock Sunrise》and break through monsters with lower RBI in battle, making it a good matchup.

Monsters accumulate quickly in GY, and there are many cards that recruit, so with "Pot of Avarice" he returns monsters that have accumulated too much in GY. In particular, it is better to have one 《Kalantosa, Mystical Beast of the Forest》in his deck.
●Extra Deck

《No.64 Sandayu Furuta》is often used three times. Also, I want to absolutely avoid the situation where I can't do anything because I don't have this card left in EX, even though I've gone to great lengths to develop it with 《Obedience Schooled》, so I stack 3.
Fusion Monster is of course for 《Cyber-Stein》, and 《Stardust Dragon》is for 《Starlight Road》. Both Fusion Monsters are Beasts, so they don't fall under the 《Obedience Schooled》restriction.
《Armory Arm》can deal the same damage as direct in some cases due to RBI increase effect + burn.
《Herald of the Arc Light》has low stats both offensively and defensively, and is basically a face down trap.
《Gachi Gachi Gantetsu》goes without saying. When this guy is present, if you use 《No.64 Sandayu Furuta》to issue a Kagemusha Tanuki Token, the numerical calculations will be a little troublesome.

The effect of "The Fabled Unicore" is a permanent effect. In other words, if the number of cards in your hand and your opponent's hand are the same when the effect resolves, it will automatically negate and destroy it. You can also negate the effect of "Your opponent cannot activate effects in response to this card's activation." For example, Super Polymerization can be negate and destroyed if the number of cards in your hand is the same when it resolves. Well, you can shoot after adjusting the number!

Weakness

SS can be sealed, and when the effect is erased, it becomes a bunch of poor level 2 monsters.
In the first place, the RBI is also low overall, and countermeasures are limited.
For example, 《Vanity's Emptiness》and 《Skill Drain》.
The former is still better with 《Ryko, Lightsworn Hunter》and 《Mystical Space Typhoon》, 《Night Beam》, or removing the opponent's monsters with Trap.
The problem is "Skill Drain", and there is a high possibility that there will be a situation where you really can't do anything before the deployment. Synchro and Xyz cannot be the answer.
Also, since there is no way to earn your own hand advantage, if all of your actions are resolved with removal or something like that, you will end up in a dire situation and lose.
This is because the way you gain advantage is basically relying on removal.
The reverse effect activated by the opponent's attack is activated during the damage step, so there are not many ways to avoid it. For example, 《Ryko, Lightsworn Hunter》or 《Baby Raccoon Tantan》to recruit 《Kalantosa, Mystical Beast of the Forest》. Both are all-around removals, and I want to use them well.
Conversely, 《Armades, Keeper of Boundaries》becomes a natural enemy.

Customize

《Sea Koala》is also not weak, but I didn't have many scenes where I wanted to use its effect, so I took it out. I don't think it's weak.
Traps are pretty good.
《Torrential Tribute》was missed because the timing was difficult. It doesn't make sense to destroy the back side before the movement of setting → flipping.

《Mystical Space Typhoon》《Cyber-Stein》from 3 to 2.
《Obedience Schooled》+ 《Cyber-Stein》was wiped out by 《Evilswarm Exciton Knight》in many cases, so 《Solemn Warning》was used for the vacant slot.
For the same reason, 《Compulsory Evacuation Device》→ 《Breakthrough Skill》.
It can also be an answer to the incompatible 《Armades, Keeper of Boundaries》, but since it is not a clear removal, it is likely to backfire.
Added on 3/3/2017
Master Rule 4 (Corrected on 3/16: It seems to be called the New Master Rule) makes it impossible to move "Obedience Schooled + Level 2 Beast", which was the strongest development in this Deck.
Mrs. Radiant will be released as an L monster, but it looks like it can be used in this Deck, and it's also a Beast, so it's still uncertain at the moment, but depending on the pool going forward, it looks like we'll be able to build it again.
