You can easily arrange "Ritual Monster" and "Ritual Spell".
A permission deck that makes full use of 3 types of Heralds: 《Herald of Green Light》, 《Herald of Purple Light》, and 《Herald of Orange Light》.
Since you need a Fairy card in your hand to activate Herald's effect, the deck composition is [Fairy].
• Herald
By sending yourself and the Fairy monsters in your hand to her GY, negate the activation and effects of the corresponding cards. Operation is possible just by inserting these cards into [Fairy].
◦《Herald of Green Light》
Herald corresponding to spell cards.
Spell cards are cards that can be used immediately after drawing, and have many powerful limited cards such as 《Monster Reborn》and 《Mind Control》.
So basically it would be those limited cards that would be counterable.
Of course, there are many decks that have a specific spell card as the main axis, so it's good to respond flexibly.
◦《Herald of Purple Light》
Herald corresponding to the trap card.
Trap cards cannot be used unless they are turned face down once, but there are many cards that are powerful accordingly.
Also, due to the relationship between 《Royal Decree》and 《Jinzo》, unless it is a specific deck, in many cases only power cards such as 《Torrential Tribute》are used.
Therefore, the number of counter targets is often limited, so it is unlikely that you will not be able to counter all of them.
◦《Herald of Orange Light》
Herald, which responds to monster effects and is also a tuner.
Monsters make up the majority of his deck and are the centerpiece of his duels.
Therefore, Herald is the most difficult to deal with because it is difficult to determine counter targets.
However, it is also the most reliable and powerful Herald if you can handle it conversely.
Synchro Monsters and Xyz Monsters are basically monsters that are created from two or more monsters, so there is a possibility that it will be more than a 2:2 exchange.
◦《Herald of Perfection》
Herald, which supports all effects and is a Ritual Monster.
Unlike the above three bodies, the effect cannot be used unless it exists on the field, and the nature is different.
Therefore, when building a Deck, it is necessary to build a deck that is specialized for this card.
•《Tethys, Goddess of Light》
With this Deck, you can aim for draw acceleration with this card by taking advantage of the fact that the Fairy ratio of the Deck increases.
•《Senju of the Thousand Hands》・《Manju of the Ten Thousand Hands》
Since Ritual Monsters can be searched from the Deck when summoned, monsters can be deployed on the field while maintaining Herald's cost.

Herald's effect is a disadvantage. In playing, it is important to determine the must counter, but the deck composition should be constructed with the reduction of the disadvantage in mind. In addition to 《Pot of Avarice》, I would like to use 《Airknight Parshath》and 《Tethys, Goddess of Light》that have a draw acceleration effect. Since Herald's effect activation requires sending himself to his GY, he is vulnerable to cards that cannot be sent to his GY, such as total exclusion cards. It is almost impossible to win against decks that use burn cards such as [Full Burn] that cannot keep up with permissions. It is impossible to counter all burn cards.
In addition, Herald does not work well with decks such as [Standard] that cannot narrow down the counter target, and it is easy to become disadvantageous. Also note that Herald of Purple Light's effect has a spell speed of 2, so he can't counter Counter Trap.
