Not only the main body but also the Ritual Spell is unsatisfactory performance.
If you play it from now on, you'll definitely be able to bring Suukou down, but in the first place, Suukou itself has an effect that can counter most cards, so the situations where it's useful are somewhat limited.
Of course, there are quite a few cards that pierce those few holes, but another bottleneck is Sukou, who boasts a weight of level 12, which is accompanied by considerable consumption.
Consuming it means that the number of Sukou's counters will decrease accordingly, so it doesn't mesh well. Even if you can use it with Ritual Djinn, as I said again, it has a high counter performance, so if you use it with Ritual Djinn, it's better to use the lighter Divine Light.
Compared to 《Dawn of the Herald》, it doesn't fit well with the main body and has little significance to prioritize. Why did it turn out like this after 4 years?

Ritual Spell for Ultimate.
Although it has the advantage of not being negate ritual summons, it's hard to adopt it smoothly if it's a sublime Herald that can be imagined to be a heavy consumption, and it doesn't have a recovery effect like Prophecy.
I think the reason you're told to play Ultimate from 《Advanced Ritual Art》is that this card's performance is also problematic.

A card if you want to use Ritual Djinn. Since there is an excellent Ritual Spell called 《Advanced Ritual Art》, the priority is low.

The merit effect is strong, but I have to say that it is difficult to Ritual Summon a set of Level 12 cards. Considering the cost of 《Herald of Ultimateness》, it's subtle. If you want to use "Ritual Djinn", you can use it, but it's much easier to add "Releaser" or "Demolisher" to Herald of Perfection, so it's a lower priority. 《Advanced Ritual Art》would be fine.
