Playing

A RUM Axis Star Seraph Deck enhanced with New and Quick Chaos. In order to make it easier to put out the scepter, I wanted to get out Samopuri quickly, so I used killer tomatoes. As a result, he has a lot of spells thrown in.
At first, we used Kagetokage and Photon Thrasher, but they often worked as accidents, so we concluded that the current almost pure Star Seraph would be the most stable.
When I have Quick Chaos, I usually play Shining → Umbral. It's a fairly strong effect.
Rhapsody and Requiem also have opportunities to play an active role because it is not uncommon for five monsters to line up on the field.
Convocation of Light can be used in long-term battles, so I think pin insertion is enough.

Strength

After all, if you have two cards in your hand, Scepter and Sloane, it is strong that you can definitely line up three.
It is also very good that you can draw night shots by using scepter as a material and putting out delta telos.
It is not uncommon for the hand to be close to 10 cards. Ad earning is not ordinary.

Weakness

After all, he's the top player in the current environment, and when it comes to Shaddoll, he's sealed with Special Summon, and he's sucked up by Super Fusion, so it's pretty tough. If Scepter or Samopuri hits Valer, it may be stuck.

Customize

The extras in this deck are made quite cheaply, so there are situations where it's easier to fight with Arknight Dark Knight.
