The purpose is simple.
It is a deck that copies "No.86 H-C Rhongomiant" with the effect of "CX Emperor Barian" to create a 【Strongest Barian】 and try to overwhelm it.
However, this deck uses 7 types of "RUM" (Argent didn't use it this time due to V brother's scientific power)

4 cards to create "CX Emperor Varian".
You can launch "No.39 Hope Emperor Beyond the Hope" with "RUM-Astral Force", and you can launch "CX Emperor Varian" from "CNo.39 Utopia Ray V".
"RUM-Senshi Bantaku" and "RUM-Seven Emperors Sword" are mostly play elements.

This Deck has to make it easy to arrange two 4 stars, so I adopted a monster that has a self-Special Summon effect. Among them, "H-C Assault Halbert", which is a business trip card, is a monster that is easy to earn ads by itself, so it is useful.
After that, it uses “Star Factor”, which allows you to search for “Altair” → “Deneb” → “Altair” and immediately add the following to your hand. It will be important in making "Rhongomiant".

Strength

One of its strengths is that you don't have to think about "hand consumption" and "cards used for combos" when you try to create a strong effect "Rhongomiant".
○ You have "RUM" in your hand.
○ There is a “Rhongomiant” in GY.
With this preparation, you can connect to "Saiki Emperor Barian", which can copy a strong effect at once by arranging two 4 stars.
However, it is also a weak point that it takes time to prepare.
So, as a basic move, I'm conscious of arranging two 4 stars to make a "Rhongomiant" with two materials.
I want to send this to his GY as soon as possible.
Even with only 2 materials, he's a monster that can't be destroyed in a battle with ATK 3000, so he's strong enough. You can force your opponent to create a removal card or a monster to remove, and the aim is to use the obstacles to create Barian first.
There are basically two ways to create "Koubou Barian".
① "Hope" → "Hope Ray" → "RUM-Limibari" → "Dark Knight" → "Barian" is a well-known movement that allows you to create 5 "Barian" materials.
With this, if he copies the effect of "Rhongomiant", he will be born "Varian, the Emperor of Hope" with 6500 ATK.
②「Ark Knight」→「RUM」→「Dark Knight」→「Varian」
With this method, unless you use the effect of "Dark Knight", 4 materials will be "Varian".

There are two reasons.

○ Removal and material increase in "Dark Knight".
Another reason for using this move is that you can use Dark Knight to remove the monsters that were sent out to remove the 2 materials "Rhongomiant" and turn them into materials.
If you use the effect of "Dark Knight", 5 materials will become "Varian", so the range you can do is wider than the movement of ① above.
The reason why there is an "Enemy Controller" is that you can quickly send "Rhongomiant" to his GY and get the opponent's monsters, or shift the opponent's expectations.
It's a bonus, but it's also useful when using the effect of "Night Attack Lantern".

Weakness

As I wrote in the combo column, it takes time to prepare.
Furthermore, as is often the case with decks like this, it is extremely vulnerable to cards that restrict Special Summons.

Customize

Since there are a lot of playful elements, you can increase the stability by reducing "RUM" or adopting multiple "RUM-Limited Barian's Force" which is practical.
