The basic flow of the early stage is the same as what is called [Super Quantum Monarch] which is popular recently. Recruit 《Super Quantum Blue Layer》with 《Emergency Teleport》, search for 《Super Quantum Red Layer》, place 《Return of the Monarchs》, then Tribute Summon and search for 《Ehther the Heavenly Monarch》. Since this Deck does not have a search method for 《RUM – Thousand Deaths Barbaric》, you can draw with 《Pantheism of the Monarchs》, 《Kuraz the Light Monarch》, 《The First Monarch》, and 《Proliferating G》. The reason why I play 2 cards is that 3 cards can lead to a first-hand accident, and with King Monarch's deck rotation rate, even 2 cards is enough to bring it to your hand.
Regarding the composition of the extras, I am mainly conscious of [Malebranche of the Burning Abyss] and [EM Dracoslayer]. Against his Rank 4-Axis Deck, you can play 《C No. 101 S.H. Weakness
