A purely constructed Mecha Phantom Beast. In a duel with a friend, [Gagaga] and [Battlin' Boxer] are 50/50, [Gaje] is unfavorable, and [Sylvan] has a 0 win rate.
Raptor is the lifeblood of his deck, so I would like to summon the ☆3 Mecha Phantom Beasts to the field even if it costs Transmodify.
Raptor and others Mecha Phantom Beast ・While supplying tokens by reacting token generation cards, aim for Xyz Synchro Summons by making full use of your hand, GY, and field. If you draw two 《Scramble!! Scramble!!》, you can attack aggressively.
If you look at his Mecha Phantom Beast Deck on the other side, you'll see a lot of his decks with 3 Tetherwolves without Double Summon. Personally, I would like to refrain from using 《Double Summon》in terms of spending, and in the main phase, I can't expect it to work beyond summoning to create 1 token. In fact, even when he was spinning the deck, there were few scenes where he wanted to use the summoning right, including Orion, against Tether Wolf. For these reasons, I only have one Tether Wolf.

Strength

Mecha Phantom Beast's basic one-kill combo is included. The current popularity of Theosophical Moralta doesn't work against his Mecha Phantom Beast, so I guess that's a strong point.
Hamstrat reversal (set in the previous turn) → Orion Normal Summon followed by Star Dragon is a move that I personally like because it can make 32 RBIs while leaving 3 tokens on the field.
