The basics are ☆4 or ☆2xyz using Evangelist, Samopuri, Magical Conductor, etc. to bring out Bahamut Shark, Copper, etc. to connect the field, look for a gap, summon Tiger King from TG, Hazard, etc. and start a bounce combo. While taking ads, he accumulates Endymion's counters and prepares for finishers.
In order to quickly drop monsters revived by Evangelist or Magical Conductor on his first turn, he uses 3 《Dark World Dealings》. It is also useful for storing counters. When you don't need it, it's the cost of Samopuri
Samopuri can summon his spell caster according to the situation, and it's a card that can easily be used as a starting point, so I use it carefully. If you don't have Endymion in play, pick a breaker for now and you'll be able to earn an ad.

Strength

It's fun to be able to use 《Deck Lockdown》, Demon's Chain, Ribidet, 《Swords of Revealing Light》, 《Safe Zone》, and Hazard by Tiger King.
In particular, Tiger King + 《Deck Lockdown》can search and block recruits only during the opponent's turn, which is reasonably strong.
There is also a combo that uses the breaker as many times as you like by reviving the breaker with libide and recovering the libide with tiger king.
While the opponent's field is solidified, the magic counters will build up, so you can either decide where to go and use Hazard, Samopuri, Conductor, etc. to deploy a large amount of them all at once, or blow off his LP with Tempester's Roman Cannon.
For an Ice Barrier, he has a high RBI and good decisiveness.

Weakness

Big storms are bad. I think it's better to load more stars such as Lightsworn as a countermeasure
