It's a water version of Valhalla, but unlike over there, there's no dedicated searcher, and only low-class players with a low accident rate can be deployed, so even if you blindly adopt it, it's often not possible to make the most of it.
There is also a 《Double Summon》that can be used up, but not limited to water, and can add summoning rights. It's hard to take advantage of the fact that it's permanent now that there are a lot of removals.
However, it is a special summon that can be deployed in defense compared to over there, which is a point of differentiation.

A very useful card in Crystron.
It consumes a lot of cards, but if you have draw sources such as Crystal P and 《Supply Squad》, you don't have to worry about it.
It's meaningless if you don't maintain the nature of Continuous Spell, so in that respect it's a little less rated, but it's not an effect that can never be used.
