First, prepare. End your turn once with set.
Next turn 《Foolish Burial》⇒ Drop Dandy ⇒ 2 fluff ⇒ Release 2 ⇒ Coelacanth ⇒ Effect ⇒ Line up Fish. ⇒ Xyz [Shark Drake] ⇒ Call one Rainbow Fish and revive a Level 4 monster with 《Symbols of Duty》⇒ Battle Phase with Xyz [Hope] ⇒ Attack the monster with Drake. destruction. Attack again with effect. At that moment, negate the attack with Hope's effect ⇒ Use Chain [Double or Nothing!] on Drake. ATK becomes 5600.
Use [Royal Prison] when a monster is about to be revived on the opponent's field by Drake's effect. Make it impossible to revive from GY. If things go well, 《Damage +5600 for attacking monsters + Hope’s attack 2500》will pass, and you can aim for a one-turn kill.
My friend has never used a WATER Deck so far, so I made a deck recipe for him in WATER.

Customize

It might be a good idea to put 《Plaguespreader Zombie》in the side deck, a versatile tuner or its support card, or put Brynak or his Stardust Dragon in the extra deck. I think you can find a lot of ways to fight.
