I used to build with just Lilo and Dragon Ruler, but I got bored, so I tried combining them lol
Basically, drop his GY Fertilizer Lilo in the center, and if Dragon Ruler falls or comes to your hand, do your best to put out Big Eye or Sack.
① Early stage
In Lilo he fertilizes GY. I wish I could fall anyway. It's strong if you can drop four types of Lilo. Once you meet the dragoon summoning conditions, you can do whatever you want.
Also, if Eclipse falls in the early stages, exclude Dragoon and Redame.
②Midfield
With the help of Dragon Ruler. There are 3 types of Dragon Ruler, so a total of 9 cards will surely drop or come to your hand.
Use Dragon Ruler to eliminate Eclipse. Add Dragoon or Redame to your hand.
Around here, the four types of Lilo should have fallen, so you can use Dragoon.
③Last stage
I'll blow you up with a dragoon. If you are stopped, put two Dragon Rulers on the field and play Xyz and Big Eye to steal the opponent's monsters. Sucking is also possible, but if there is an opponent monster, it would be more convenient to rip it off.
By the way, the three types of Dragon Ruler are other than Redox in terms of RBI.
