Strength

Unlike others, you can use her Sylvan again and again with Mind Orgus.
With 5 back, a decent number of him will feel like Sylvan is dominating his deck.
Careers are very convenient.

Weakness

Just by arranging monsters, be careful not to say "So?"
After deployment, the hand cannot be replenished.
