While making this board, I have 5 cards left in my hand and 10200 LP.
This development is possible without reducing your hand from the beginning. And by setting the 《Blessed Winds》searched during the development, the board becomes even stronger.
To explain this condition
・Jasmine and the linked monster cannot be destroyed in battle if you have more LP than him.
・ Chirubimé, Princess of Autumn Leaves is a monster that makes other plants incapable of fighting. Cannot be destroyed by battle and other monsters cannot be hit by Jasmine Link's effect.
・Teardrop effect removes free chain once.
・Single-time effect destruction resistance due to the effect of Kanzashi.
・By reviving 《Aromaseraphy Sweet Marjoram》with Blessed Winds, granting resistance that plants will not be affected if their own LP is higher.
That is, target resistance, combat destruction resistance, combat guidance, effect destruction resistance, 1 removal, and 4 cards in hand (because you have Blessing set).
You pay 1000 for the bounty cost, but you still get 9200 LP. It will be difficult to break the board stably without counter cards like Hades and Kaiju.

Strength

Let's start with general deployment.
In exchange for ending the turn with one more card in hand than at the beginning, the final stage is a little weaker and I can't play Chirubime, but I can search midway through Erica the Rikka Fairy, and if I don't hit Jasmine with more than 4000 RBI, my LP will turn around. I don't.

With "Aromaseraphy Angelica", when he recovers LP, "Aromaseraphy Jasmine" searches for the missing one of the previous three.
Then use the summoning right on 《Rikka Petal》.

With this, Chirubime will not be destroyed in battle due to Jasmine's effect, and the opponent will only be able to choose Chirubime as an attack target as long as Chirubime exists.
I'm sure the board will be broken through, but since I've become more defensive, my opponent will have fewer options. If Chirubime uses his GY sending effect to SS Maruderu, you'll have more cards in your hand and more resources for the next turn.
Afterwards, resuscitate Angelica from her GY, and Teardrop x summon with Angelica and Snowdrop. End your turn with Blessed Winds face down.
By using Angelica as an Xyz material, you can prevent demerits from being removed and increase the number of monsters on the board on the next turn.
It consumes one more card than the general-purpose deployment, leaving you with five cards in your hand, but the board is much harder than before.
Hitohira in GY has a revive effect at the end of the opponent's turn, and her Rikka can search for her monsters with the activation effect.
If Hitohira, Erika, and Helleborus are in her GY, Teardrop will stand on the field with only those resources, so the ability to continue fighting on the next turn is perfect.

You can definitely get a teardrop under Jasmine and a set of Blessed Winds with just one halifiber, so you can feel the power of the Needle 《Linkross》system.

The following cards are candidates for withdrawal.

It is also a good idea to reduce the number of 《Rikka Glamour》, 《Erica the Rikka Fairy》, and 《Snowdrop the Rikka Fairy》.
Changing this to a trigger or designator makes it stronger.
If you're having trouble getting access to Halifiber on your first hand, adding Sangan, Crusadia Arboria, and Salamangreat Almiraj to her deck will give you 3 more opening cards.
After that, Cactus Bouncer is also very possible if you want to make his deck stronger in the direction of suppression.
