Currently 《Magicians' Souls》can drop GY with 6 stars or more and this card is the only tuner
It might be interesting to revive with 《Selene, Queen of the Master Magicians》, then revive 《Magicians' Souls》with your own effect and connect it to a 7 star synchro.
Thanks to Illusion of Chaos, it's easy to hold 《Magicians' Souls》in your hand.
Conversely, unless combined with Selene, it is a card that is difficult to adopt because it does not have its own Special Summon ability.
I think it has a lot of potential

It has effects that target Odd-Eyes, but none of them are great.
Uri is a high-level tuner and has a fishing effect, and it can be connected to level 7S, but it is an advanced level that does not have a self-deployment effect, so it is difficult to handle easily.
However, Darkness Spell use and status are blessed, and deployment support is abundant.
Bramaghi can be recruited by navigating, and resurrection targets include Souls and Magikuriboh. It may have a future.

Despite the effect of supporting his Odd-Eyes on the board with low stats as low as low class, it has quite severe elements as it is high class and the support content is not great.
So, 3 he wants to aim for the effect of synchronizing by catching GY monsters, but since he is an advanced level card, it is only a card that can be cumbersome to catch 7 synchros, so there is no point in using it.

Advanced Tuner Monster. Gives battle resistance to "Odd-Eyes" monsters, and as long as there are "Odd-Eyes" monsters, they cannot be attacked, but it's just a comfort in the flood of removal effects. It would be better to use the fishing effect to Synchro Summon as soon as possible, but on top of being limited to Level 1, this card is extremely difficult to use as an advanced card. Once combined with 《Odd-Eyes Persona Dragon》, it is easy to maintain while preventing the monster effects of the Extra Deck.
