Since the strengthening effect in the second half can be used no matter where you are sent to his GY, it is possible to move from a Skreech suicide attack to his GY to strengthen his other WATER.
Also, you can aim to use it as a Synchro Material for 《White Aura Bihamut》to enhance it by following the steps below.
Recruit "Neptabyss, the Atlantean Prince" with "Deep Sea Diva", use "Atlantean Dragoons" over there as a cost, and use that effect to search for this card.
Synchro summon "Tatsunoko" with "Deep Sea Diva" and "Neptabyss, the Atlantean Prince", and synchro summon "White Aura Bihamut" with this card from your hand to strengthen it, making it 4300.
《Marincess Coral Anemone》can revive this card even if it is broken through, and from there, you can take actions such as adding his ATK to 《White Aura Bihamut》or strengthening it while making it a link 3 with the effect of the first half.

First of all, my own RBI is 1000, so I excluded about 2000 and finally got 3000, which is the same as the vanilla superlative.
The other is the effect of raising RBI when he is sent to GY. However, it is quite subtle if you ask me if I want to use this card to the point of fertilizing it.

A card that conveys only the desire to increase the RBI.
I don't want to think that Atlantis is the premise now, even though it's a top-class Sea Serpent, which doesn't have a lot of support.
At the time of summoning / Special Summon, one of GY's WATER can raise his ATK by the amount, but considering that the raw RBI is only 1000, it seems that it is possible to develop this with poor support as described above. . Or why is the RBI increase only in that turn?
Another effect is that if this card is sent to his GY, he will increase the RBI of WATER by 1000. This one is better because he has a way to drop GY like Sara Kivis, but honestly I feel like it's a waste to use that precious effect on a card like this.
In a way, it's surprising that it makes you wonder when the next card after Saihoryu is.

The name and illustration are good, but I don't really know what I want to do with this card. When I read it carefully, I thought it might be strong, but it's not strong after all. The ATK increase effect is not permanent, and the effect that is sent to GY and gives him ATK is meaningless if there are no monsters on the field. Moreover, why is it not permanent ... Prometherone is an effect that looks better.
Taking advantage of its low ATK, you can barely use it to recruit with Mother Grizzly, survive attacks with ATK up, and use it as an Xyz material on the next turn. If only WATER was with him, he would be strong against GY... but that's all I can think of. Maybe my brain is just bad.

When summoning/Special Summon succeeds, his GY's WATER will strengthen his ATK worth of his own RBI. There's nothing wrong with raising his RBI, but the problem is that he's a superlative monster, and his original RBI isn't that high. The point that the target is "WATER" is also a minus point, and in fact, his WATER has overwhelmingly few high hit points monsters compared to other attributes.
The effect in the second half is the effect of increasing his WATER RBI by 1000 when he is sent to his GY. The conditions are loose, but this is not an effect that directly leads to an advantage, and I don't feel the need to force it into his WATER Deck just for this.
