It's a card that can be said to be a V-version signal, but I feel like there are a lot of cards like this in recent packs that could have been used a long time ago.
Since the times have progressed, it can be used to destroy effects, destroying all HEROs, and lowering the status of the opponent's monsters to increase the survival rate of the recruited target is quite easy to use, but it is still unsatisfactory due to its original nature. It is undeniable.

A trap card that summons a low-level V-HERO when a HERO is destroyed, and has the effect of halving the attack and defense of one of the opponent's monsters.
It's a so-called V-HERO signal card, but it's also quite powerful, as it can deal with destruction effects and halve the offense and defense of one opponent's monster.
That said, the underlying condition is still passive, and the quality of the V-HEROs that can be summoned, other than Vion, is rather dubious. If it can't be fused because of its low combat power, the weakening that is another selling point won't work effectively.
It has minor flaws, such as not being able to deal with the destruction of V-HEROs that are turned into trap cards, so I don't think it's necessary to forcefully adopt it.

After all, passive conditions will be caught. Even if V of Continuous Trap is removed, it cannot be activated, and self-destruction is even more laggy, and HERO itself is not good at self-destruction.
I think it's hard to prioritize cards like this unless they have returns on par with 《Ultimate Crystal Magic》.
Also, why are there so many cards in the same pack that are strangely similar to BFN and Battlestun?
