Recently, there have been a lot of cases where even people with multiracial appearances were Cybers, so it's surprising that they are Insects as the name suggests. (Mostly due to 《Pentestag》)
When it comes into play, you can put cards in the same row face down, including yourself, and when you reverse it, it will bounce the deck, so you'll probably want to combo, but it's a hassle and costly to use as a removal card.
Insect has a lot of themes that emphasize reverse and defense, but it's a bit of a problem that you can't afford to use this card because you're full of yourself.

Also, since both are related to the row, the effect of 2 in particular tends to depend on the opponent's actions, which is painful. At least in combination with 1 will not be expected.
There are a lot of different points, but the raw effect is a strong performance that feels outdated, and I think it's a bit of a tough card on its own...
