I don't think there's any reason to use this card unless you have a lot of room in your Deck. If you put this card in, it's better to put in another spell card.
At least if the draw doesn't have a turn limit...

Currently there are two types of witch Continuous Spells, which have a common useful effect, but this one has a strong sense of bonus as the unique effect of Beast is strong.
If you try to use the effect with Witchcrafter alone, there is only Heine in reality, so it is difficult to use the effect unless the lineup of Veil & Heine is complete.
Bist is a card that you want to keep on the field until you apply the resistance effect, but this is probably more likely to be used as a bullet to fire during the opponent's turn.
Conversely, just because there is another type of card other than Baisto that can be used as a bullet that can be fired from the field, it can be said that there is a certain role.

I think that the effect of (1) is excellent in that if it is a "Witchcrafter" Deck, it can be combined with the status increase effect of "Witchcraft Master Veil" to easily lead to a draw effect every turn.
I am also grateful for the effect that can be used as the cost of the effect of the "Witchcrafter" monster in (2) and the reuse effect in (3).
It should be noted that the effects of (2) and (3) can only be used once in the same turn.

His Continuous Spell, which has a draw effect when the spellcaster destroys an opponent's monster in battle, a cost substitution effect that is the same as Buy Street, and a salvage effect common to Witchcrafter Spell.
Outside of the salvage effect, he's a valuable way for the Witchcrafter to gain advantage and dig through the deck, even if it's only once per turn. That being said, Witchcrafter is a bit of a pain because he's not that good of an ATK theme. I want to prepare a veil with multiple spell cards of her in my hand.
It can be used as a material that can be seen as well as Bystreet, and it also has a salvage effect, so it might be nice to be able to draw while preparing it as a permanent source without hesitation.
