If the spell card has any restrictions on its activation, it will apply normally.
Instead, the effect of the spell will be a random handicap, so basically it will be used in decks that can turn it into an advantage.
It's not a card that's easy to handle, but if you can't negate its activation and effect, you can do this! I think it's a card with a good idea that can be used in creative duels.

If you look at the wiki, it seems that the merit part of the card is rewritten rather than the effect. And now that strong humility, strong greed, and pots of strong money are in vogue, shouldn't they be exposed to the light of day?
I lowered the rating a little because the discarding of cards is random and only Normal Spells can be rewritten.
