A peculiar Trap card that can cancel the original effect without negating the activation or effect of his Normal Spell by rewriting the effect of the Normal Spell.
If the spell card has any restrictions on its activation, it will apply normally.
Instead, the effect of the spell will be a random handicap, so basically it will be used in decks that can turn it into an advantage.
It's not a card that's easy to handle, but if you can't negate its activation and effect, you can do this! I think it's a card with a good idea that can be used in creative duels.
