Like the original story, even if he is sunk, he can continue to call B.E.S. as long as he is in the deck. Duplication is possible.
However, Normal Summon is not possible and the deployment power is dulled, and recruitment is late at the end. B.E.S. itself is not a highly capable monster.
Since it does not react unless it is destroyed, it is easy to stop its deployment now that removal methods have increased.
Thanks to the Zeros and mk-III that appeared after the 9th term, the usability has improved greatly, but this card alone is still a card with a strong habit that is not a praised support.

Before Zeros appeared, this was the only card that designated B.E.S.
It is powerful in that if your own B.E.S. is destroyed and sent to GY, you can recruit the following from Deck, but it has the fatal disadvantage of not being able to Normal Summon, so you cannot recruit unless it is destroyed and sent to GY, Mk2. Other than that, Special Summon doesn't have a counter, so it immediately self-destructs, and Recruit is slow at the end phase.
Especially since he was in the field for removal other than destruction, it would be extremely disastrous if B.E.S.
It was a card that didn't have a way to search unless two or more were activated at the same time, but about 10 years after Tojo, Zeros and Mk3 appeared as if to make up for this guy's weaknesses, making it a little easier to use.
Nonetheless, even for Zeros, he no longer needed this card in order to build a [B.E.S.] with a card that specified B.E.S. as a category.

This is one of the reasons why B.E.S. is called the industrial waste category.
