Both Level 4 and Cybers have a lot of deployment cards, and compared to them, they require a field to deploy, but it can be used as a removal card that can also be used as a deployment card.
There are Salamangreat and @Ignister in Cybers that deal with the field, but because of his Deck that adds Link to Ace, it's easy to feel the tightness of the EX frame and the roughness of consumption.
If anything, is it desirable to handle it with a Deck that handles the field and does not depend on EX or summoning rights?
It has high versatility, but the impression is that it needs to be operated with careful consideration of synergies.

One of the Cybers called "Ru*ba" by everyone.
If you have a Field Spell, you have the effect of doing a Special Summon from your hand. Field Spells related to Cybers include 《Cynet Universe》and 《Cynet Storm》, but when using the above Field Spells, it tends to be a dedicated construction, so I feel that the performance as a general Cybers is not good. If you're going to use it in Cybers, the best answer would be to send the Veil Link + Sanctuary set and operate it as one of the Cybers, which is easy to Special Summon.
The second effect also removes the Link Monster on the field and GY's self to remove one opponent's card... but it's easy to connect to Link 1's Cyber Slink, so if you want to reduce card consumption even a little, use this. Let's combine with It's a destruction that doesn't care about the target, so I'm going to evaluate it too.

With the Field Spell card, it is possible to Special Summon the effect, and by excluding GY, it is possible to destroy any card on the opponent's field without targeting it. It's out of the question to leave it up to the opponent, so I'd like to prepare his Field Spell myself, but honestly there aren't many useful Field Spells for him in Cyberse, which will use this card. The GY exclusion effect also requires a cost of Link Monster. Neither effect is bad, but it is very subtle when it comes to using it.

I'm scared of the current Yu-Gi-Oh, where this card doesn't hit sticks or chopsticks.
He has a Field Spell, just level 4 that allows him to Special Summon. If this was two generations ago, it wouldn't be a ton. There are a lot of cards out there that can transform from 1 to 2 on the field.

What is the world where even Roomba becomes Cybers...?
If you or your opponent is activating his Field Spell, you can Special Summon, and Cybers has "Cynet Storm" and "Salamangreat Sanctuary", but since it's level 4, it's called a single business trip to his Deck that handles it. You may have hands.
The second half effect is to send himself to GY as a link material and he will be ready, but after all it is a type of removal that does not target but destroys it by requesting a link on the field. No, but it's a bit of a bonus. It may be better to expect Link 1 that activates when it leaves the field, or to use a card that cannot be used as link material after using its effect as a cost.

Wake up, our world is being invaded by someone!
A card that has the effect of Special Summoning from your hand with a Field Spell, and the effect of destroying one opponent's card by banishing his Link Monster and this card from his GY on your field.
Decks that use Field Spells can be used evenly, but if you want to make the most of being a Cybers, you might want to use Salamangreat, which uses Sanctuary. If you want to take advantage of the second effect, it's true that a deck that uses links is good.
The cost of the second effect feels heavy, but by using this card as a material for Link 1's Link Monster, it quickly transforms into destruction at the cost of 1 EX Deck. Combined with the Special Summon effect, you can use destruction without summoning rights.
