Appearing in the manga GX, it is one of the monsters that can be purchased as a subscription bonus in the OCG, and is a rare existence like "Test Ape", a card without a HERO name that has effects related to HERO.
The subscription benefits around here were all terrible, so the effect itself doesn't seem to be bad if you look at it relatively, but considering that the activation conditions are battle destruction triggers and non-theme monsters. I can only say that this recruitment range is terrible.
It looks better than "Gash the Dust Lord" and "Rose Witch", but it's roughly the same performance.
