Cyber Angel has plenty of search methods, but even though it's a Quick-Play Spell, the 2:1 exchange enhancement card is honestly quite heavy. Although you can pull the effect trigger of the machine angel, there are more efficient means.
In addition, the cards that can be targeted also support Honest. You can negate the effects of EX monsters, but there is no great benefit because the range is narrow only at BP.
The advantage over Honest is that you can search with an egg and release a machine angel that has already attacked, so it is easy to attack with a high hit point without depending on the opponent's field. However, Honest can also be searched with Benten, and the situations where it can be used effectively are somewhat niche.
Honestly, it feels outdated and underpowered.
