A Link-3 monster with two abilities that specializes in destroying the effects of monsters on the opponent's field.
A card that can be said to be a subspecies of Ally of Justice Catastor that battles face-up monsters other than Link Monsters with a link of 3 or higher. Its removal performance is quite high because it destroys monsters without taking it.
It's a tailwind that you'll see EX monsters other than Link more often due to the re-changed rules, but unlike Catastor, this one has a turn 1 effect, so you can't take more than two attacks.
The second half of the effect is also an effect that removes one opponent's monster, but it takes a lot of work to activate, and the monster you link to is required as a release cost. It's a destruction to take, and the effect can't be used on the opponent's turn, so I can't get rid of the feeling that it's not good enough.
Neither is a bad effect, and I personally like the removal effect of the one that activates the damage effect, but it's not a general-purpose material and it's a high 3 Link, and it seems a little heavy. It's an impression.
However, among Cyberse's Link Monsters, which already have nearly 100 types at the time of evaluation, the ability of monsters near the bottom to have such power is only because they are new races born in the 10th generation. I feel that yes.

There are restrictions, but Cybers are a piece of cake, and other races are easy to come up with from EX, so it's not that difficult to get them out.
The marker orientation is suitable for the main, but it is not bad, and it is easy to handle as a mutual personnel.
It has a catastrophe effect and compensates for low hit points, but since many links 3 and above, which are not covered, have excellent versatility and have a high adoption rate, you should be careful.
The effect of 2 is a single removal, but requires a board add. It feels heavy because it's Link 3.
The effect itself isn't bad, but looking at it as Link 3, I can't deny that it lacks power.

At first glance, it looks like a Link Monster with a not-so-bad effect: (1) is the Linked version of Catastor, excluding Link 3 or higher, and (2) releases the linked target to remove the opponent's monster.
However, the material is limited to Cyberse and lacks versatility, (1) is useless against Link 3 or higher, (2) destroys targets, and ATK is low for Link 3. Things can be done and references to them are evident when looking at other users' comments.
It can be said that it is one of the low evaluations due to the combination of such various drawbacks.

Link 3 version Catastor.
The hit point is low, but the range is wide, and you can defeat anything other than links 3 and 4 without mercy.
Its weakness is destruction resistance.
If it wasn't for Cyber ties, the rating would have been a little higher, but...

A gorgeous monster when I heard that Catastle and removal from the Link World were combined.
It has the effect of destroying non-link monsters with link 3 or higher before battle, and the effect of releasing the linked monster and destroying the opponent's monster.
Other than Link Monster, it is a basic catastol, so it is strong in battle, but it also inherits the weakness of being weak against effect negation and destruction resistance. Compared to Catastle, the material is specified as Cybers, and its versatility is greatly reduced, so it seems that it is not very convenient to use.
There is a feeling that the removal effect is doing the same thing, except that it does not involve combat.

In Link 3, the material is limited to his Cyberse, but this performance is...
RBI is low at 2100, and the effect of (1) is useless against Link 3 or higher
The effect of (2) also destroys the target of the opponent's monster, even though the cost is heavy.

Cyberse Link 3 with destructive effect.
The effect in the first half is a catastrophe against anything other than links 3 and above, and it is a bit difficult to deal with links 3 and 4 (mainly his Borrel series), which have high RBIs. In the latter half of the effect, you can destroy the target by releasing the linked monster, but I think it's a bit tricky to use a card that can only be used with his ATK, Link 3 and Cybers.
