It is the last World Legacy, and it has become a different existence from the previous ones that had many things to wear.
The effects are also odd, and far too inadequate for his Guardragon support in the same pack. (In the first place, he is hard to use either way because Guardragon and others have restrictions that can only be issued by Dragon.)
With double cost and GY fertilization when Normal Summoned, I personally get the impression that it supports 《Orcust Knightmare》, and you will probably only use hand trigger effects, but here I feel that usefulness is just one step away from waiting for removal by the opponent.
