Even though it's not used up, you can get away with hitting Dimensional Barrier on anything other than Link Monsters, and if that's the case, you can't even do a Special Summon. Even so, this one requires the cost of one monster, and Special Summon can't prevent it. As long as it's not removed, it can be used every turn.

Link Monster is easy to come up with as a cost and has a high encounter rate.
However, since your own cards are also negate, there is a problem that it is easy to raise the cost = it is easy to pull your feet.
It doesn't stick in decks, so it's a card for the side.
I can't help but feel that Skidre and Breathle are enough without thinking about the details.
