Search for this card with "Joker's Straight", even if he special summons Queen, he can Tribute Summon and trigger "Return of the Monarchs".
Other than the exclusive Deck, it's interesting to think of ways to put it in her GY with 《Joker's Knight》, revive it with Normal Monster support, and connect it to an Xyz Summon.

At the time, it seemed like people were asking me why I was level 5 even though I had such a status. However, in Brilliant Monarch, it is an easy-to-obtain and easy-to-call Level 5 LIGHT Normal Monster. It's a rare example of being useful thanks to one higher level.
