Comprehensive evaluation: Full burn can be handled, but the range of damage is a little large.
At its highest value of 300 to 1800, it does enough damage as a single card, but at its lowest value, it only has the power of Raimei.
Basically, it would be nice if it could be used alone in a Burn Deck and deal more than 800 damage.

The amount of damage varies from 300 to 1800, but if you get 4 or more even once, you can burn at a reasonable level, and compared to other famous places, you can rely on dice luck without any other cards. It can be differentiated in that it is a Friche card.
Also, even if you have 0 cards in your hand, Chain Burn, which turns your gun down, won't be that heavy.

Zero cards in hand is a rather troublesome condition, but there is a good chance that it will do the job of about 1000 damage per card, which is the standard value of burn cards.
