Effect recruits Vampire. It's very simple and therefore also very handy.
There is a turn 1 limit, but Recruit is no cost. No level limit, no effect negate, no attack limit, no battle position specified, no restrictions on subsequent developments or battle phases. It self-destructs during the end phase, but it's a disadvantage that doesn't exist.
Send out familiars and kin to search, combine Duke and his Monarch country to ravage your opponent's field, or connect to Xyz and Link with Scargillet's resurrection. Anyway, it's no exaggeration to say that this one card can do most of what Vampire wants to do.

However, since it is a Trap and destroyed during the End Phase, if you want to use it during your opponent's turn, you should aim for Familiar, Familiar, and Scargillet.
