I think it's great that you can immediately Tribute Summon a high-level "Vampire" monster with the effect of (1).
I think it's a great deal if you combine it with monsters that have effects when successfully summoned, like 《Vampire Scarlet Scourge》and 《Shadow Vampire》.
The LP recovery effect of (2) is also appreciated by the "Vampire" Deck, which has a high LP cost.
