I think it's an effect that's easier to handle than 《Twin-Shield Defender》.
In the first half of the scapegoat effect, if you do not use the battle position change system well, you will take too much damage and the risk is too high than the return.

The trigger for this effect doesn't say "from where" or "how" at all. In other words, it can be destroyed from anywhere in the Deck, hand, or Spell Trap zone, and it also supports destruction by rules, so the range of defense is surprisingly wide.
It's also nice that it's a compulsory effect rather than an optional effect that was common in the era when this card came out without the name Turn 1.
The ATK is 0, but it is also a status that can be the minimum necessary wall by distributing it to DEF.
The number "0" of ATK is an important status for Yu-Gi-Oh, which refers to numbers, and the representative one is her Reptilianne.
