You can draw a draw every time you destroy it with SPYRAL, but SPYRAL doesn't have high stats overall, so you'll mainly meet the conditions with toughness and vortex that can also remove monsters.
Also, by excluding GY, he can deploy SPYRAL in his hand, which is one of the development support for Grace and others. If anything, I feel like this one is my favorite.
Grace makes it easy to search, and Burial and Genius makes it easy to send him to GY.

If you destroy it regardless of battle destruction or effect destruction, 1 draw is powerful. Especially if it's Vortex, it's attractive that it can be activated during the opponent's turn. You can Special Summon with the GY exclusion effect, so you want to use it when you have many monsters that need summoning rights in your hand, or when you want to play Grace.

The effect of the mission is that you can draw when battle destruction / effect destruction is done. It's once per turn, so you have 5 chances. Vortex power and general combat tricks are required to draw on the opponent's turn.
SPYRAL is a deck that can gain a violent advantage without relying on this card, so it's a little difficult to use for drawing purposes because it's not so good in terms of combat.
Rather, I would like to see the light in the effect of GY activation. You can accelerate the development from your hand, which tends to be abundant. For that reason, using it as a card that can be treated roughly, such as using it as a Genius hand cost or destroying it with Vortex, is one way.
