The effect is not weak, but as already said, seizing control until the end is an act you want to do on your own turn, and Trap's slowness will inevitably stand out.
Even if you take it during the opponent's turn, you can mess up the development, but SPYRAL lacks the means to deploy during the opponent's turn.
The GY effect is not bad as it comes with destruction resistance, but it feels inferior compared to other MISSIONs. You can combo with Vortex though.
I can do tricky movements, but it's easy to be influenced by the situation, and there are areas where I have poor engagement, so I feel that it's difficult to prioritize.

Control Seizure isn't weak, but compared to 1-draw Raid and Salvage Rescue every turn, it's not very useful. Is it good to use the stolen monsters as link materials? As for the GY effect, unlike both of them who can support deployment with Special Summon, it's a shame that he is resistant to destruction and effects. Well, this is not a bad reason either. It reminds me of the recapture shop you mentioned. I can see Ginji's toughness... Is it unreasonable?

It's a pity that the only use for the stolen monsters is Xyz Link Monster's Special Summon. Moreover, the Double Helix would not be possible without a mirror...
Continuous Trap is also one of the minuses, and this card tends to set and spend a turn lying down because you want to use it on your own turn.
The effect from GY is a substitute effect, which itself is not bad, but it is unfavorable to say that there are more situations where you want to use assault and rescue that contribute to development.
If the usage of the stolen card increases, it may change, but it is a strict position in the MISSION.

It's a certain recapture shop, I understand (※ it's different)
The Control Seizure effect is strong, but if you can't attack directly, there's a card called "Mind Control"...
It seems like the Destruction Substitute effect can be used in a combo with 《SPYRAL Sleeper》, but with SPYRAL GEAR - Last Resort in the first place, it's a pity that it was given off because of the leeway.
I like illustrations. If you insert it with a pin, it may work in unexpected places.
