The marker is for the main, and looking at the design of this card, he has to have Borrel monsters on the condition that they also have markers for the main, so it's a good match.
In order to activate the effect, another link is required, and if it cannot be used as a link material, it is a strangely severe restriction. It is doubtful whether there is a card that can be deployed in the hand at the stage where this condition is met.
He can salvage 1 Rokket when destroyed out of combat, but it's hard to imagine his opponent destroying it in combat with such a visible effect.
If you want to use this card's effect to its full potential, you'll need to have a lot of cards in your hand that can deploy his Rokket, so boosters with marker effects that are easy to use even on their own are preferred. For the time being, they have a good relationship with each other.
Anyway, it takes a lot of time and effort to make full use of it.
