It's frankly hard to use. The link material is a little tight with his two Rokkets (I think this will change depending on the new ones in the future), but his Link Monster other than himself is required for the effect of deploying his Rokket in the hand. And that monster cannot be used as link material. Rokket's salvage effect is also limited to combat destruction, and his Rokket itself has little meaning as a salvage in the first place.
And above all, I think the reason for this evaluation is that this card itself does not have an effect that targets his Rokket.
It's nice that the number of Rokket monsters has increased to 5, but I still feel that this card doesn't have a role.
