The stat increase of (1) is not a great value, and the situation where (2) is useful can only be said to be a hand accident, so it is used exclusively to use the effect of (3).
His GY send, which doesn't target, is excellent as a removal, but it needs to be destroyed in battle, so unless it's destroyed or revived by a reverse effect, there's no difference in advantage. It doesn't make much sense since this card is destroyed first as a check against battle destruction. It would have been strong if you could use removal just by reversing.

I think that there is no loss in the status enhancement effect of (1).
The deployment effect of (2) can be put out in the front Defense Position to procure materials for the "Krawler" Link Monster, or put out in the back Defense Position to aim for the reverse effect of the "Krawler" Flip Monster. But I think it's excellent.
I think it's also a strength that the effect of (3) can check the battle destruction of "Krawler" Flip Monster.

Even with only 300 RBI enhancement, he is a valuable firepower boost for Krawler, and thanks to his non-targeting GY sending, the opponent can't fight without this card. Krawler's strength lies almost entirely in this card. That's why it is removed first, but it would be more realistic to focus on subsequent care rather than maintaining it.
