Rezone, which strengthens the hit points of synchros, albeit weakly, is not a bad effect because although it is weak, it can not be underestimated and the range where it can be defeated is widened. It works well with Scarlight and Hert's Twin Cop, which can be summoned from this card.

RBI up is good, but 300 up is low no matter how much. It's not that it can't be used, but the evaluation is that it's not a priority to use compared to Dark Resonator, which can be a wall at worst.

The effect is rather plain, so I would like to take advantage of the attributes, race, and being a "Resonator", but if it's FIRE, another tuner that supports Rekindling is definitely better, and "Resonator" is level 3. There are so many that there is little reason to include this card. Of course, it's difficult to find a turn even if you focus on race.
