Speaking of Resonator, it's famous to summon Vice Dragon to Special Summon Dark's Resonator and then synchronize it, but this time it's his Deck that synchronizes with Mike's effect, then summons again and synchronizes.

Strength

First, set the Symphonic Warrior guitars. With Guitars' effect, I discard a card from my hand and Special Summon 《Symphonic Warrior Miccs》from the Deck. Then activate Mike's effect. At level 3 he Normal Summons Resonator. Then Synchro Summon Red Archfiend's Dragon Scarlight or Red Archfiend's Dragon. With Mike's effect, I still have the right to summon again, so I Special Summon the Synchron Resonator with the effect of summoning Chain Resonator. Synchronize Chain Resonator and Red Archfiend's Dragon to release Red Archfiend Abyss. If you go first, you can play Synchron Resonator and Synchro Shiberial if you go after the end of the turn. Then use the Synchron Resonator's effect to retrieve the Chain Resonator. Then, in the Battle Phase, Belial's effect Special Summons Level 3 Resonators and Synchron Resonators, and Belial's effects release Level 3 Tuners, and GY Special Summons Abyss. If your hand is good, you can move more.

Weakness

If guitars don't come, it's easy to get into an accident. To be honest, I can't move much from Vice Dragon. Even with Scarred Nova Dragon, it's weak against 《Compulsory Evacuation Device》and Air Force.

Customize

《Compulsory Evacuation Device》and his Galaxy Cyclone as an air force removal might be good. It may be a little more stable if you enter 《Symphonic Warrior Synthess》as a guitar search.
