Continuous Spell used by Vector in the anime
With the effect of ②③, if the drawn card is his spell card, Normal Summon can be sealed. However, there are times when the constraint can be lifted just by setting it, so as far as I know, I don't use it for this effect.
Favorite is an effect that makes each other lose draw & LP.
His deck is aimed at one-kill first, so being drawn by the opponent isn't much of a disadvantage, so it can be used as a draw acceleration & burn card. It was also adopted at 《D.D. Dynamite》in MD.
Also, with 《Lazion, the Timelord》and 《Trickstar Lycoris》, you can expect more burns due to their effects.

If you're peeping a spell card, you can destroy the summoning right, but it's a little luck involved, and he's easy to activate the basic spell card, and there are many decks that can be deployed without relying on the summoning right, so you can rely on it as a deterrent. I guess it's like a bonus.
