You are forced to reveal your hand with only the cards you draw, and if it is a spell, Normal Summon will be sealed, but there is no set or activation limit, so it is not enough as a lock.
Similar to 《Chicken Game》, it might be better to see it as a draw padding card.
Taking advantage of the fact that disclosure is compulsory and trying to decide on 《Mind Crush》might be a bit of an exaggeration.
Since it doesn't pay 1000 LP or take damage, it "loses", so if it's 1000 LP or less, it's attractive to become a pseudo-leading firepower.
