Comprehensive evaluation: It is hard to use since it self-destructs although battle destruction tolerance provision is effective.
Since it can protect Level 3 or lower Thunder from being destroyed by battle, it can indirectly protect all monsters from being destroyed by battle if used in combination with 《Morphtronic Magnen》.
However, when it comes to Attack Position, it is impossible to attack with a monster because it self-destructs, and another means of victory is necessary.
Currently, none of the monsters have a burn effect, and it's not an environment that requires a card that just builds a wall.
For the time being, it remains in the field by giving destruction resistance to Spell / Trap cards, but there is no meaning in Attack Position.

The target is very limited, and the conditions for self-destruction are loose. Even though the lock card itself is rampant and severe.
As already said, reconciliation and intimidation will be prioritized even if it is used up. As mentioned above, it is doubtful that it will last for 1 turn from rampant removal.
If permanence is really good, there is something like screen of red. I think it's industrial waste.
