A Continuous Spell that protects Thunder monsters of level 3 or lower in the face-up Defense Position from battle destruction. However, if there is a face-up Attack Position card, it will self-destruct, so it is impossible to go on the offensive as long as this card is present.
At that point, long-term use of this card would require another win condition, but it's a fine line whether Thunder had such a card...
