At level 5, he is a Cyber Warrior, and his name is probably a remake of Cyber Tutu, but the timing of his appearance is different.

Cards related to Cyber Angels (?) seem to only say that Nasa Monarch Ya must be played at an odd level and level 5, which is rare.

Cyber Tutu remake card. But the effect is something else.
The first effect is more important than his Special Summon, being able to forcibly release from your hand. Releasing Benten exclusively without his Ritual Spell can set the search in motion.
On the other hand, you can salvage Ritual Spells when you release yourself. Helps with the continuous rituals that are essential for Cyber Angels.
