In EM, where there are many level 4 cards with P effects, it is possible to transform a rank 4 card into a 5 card, but given the recent circumstances of Xyz, I can't help but feel that rank 4 cards are more powerful. Other levels, such as 3 to 4, might work. I feel like it would be a pain under the new rules to be limited to P-summoned cards. The monster effect has a strong peculiarity because it lowers the level of this card, which is also difficult to make use of.
The best thing about this card is probably that it's a scale 1 EM since the dead monkey, but I can't think of any cards that are effective against level 2 EM or Magicians, so I doubt a scale 2 would be fine.

Promo card distributed at Jump Victory Carnival 2016. The monkey was regulated and his Performapal scale 1 was only Gum-Gum Muton, but a new card that appeared in the scale 1 frame. High-rank Xyz Summons and high-level Synchro Summons are possible due to the level change effect. It's powerful to get a rank 5 monster with a monster effect and a level 4 monster, or to get a monster one rank higher with the Pendulum effect. That said, it would be difficult if there wasn't enough room for extras.
