However, 0 EX can only be done with a deck like 0 Monarch, and even if you don't use EX, it costs a lot of money, so there are some decks that fill 15 cards, so you need to differentiate yourself from that.
The low RBI can be avoided by using an Xyz material to revive the opponent's end, but it can't be denied that the build will be more specialized.
In a sense, the strength of the peculiarity suitable for Norare.
Another P zone seal is honestly subtle.

The P effect is quite unique and can be moved to the opponent's P zone.

The monster effect is draw acceleration. Although it is attractive, it does not have an immediate effect and its own stats are at a level that is suitable for recruiters, and it is difficult to maintain in this environment where removals and high RBIs are springing up.
And both effects require EX-less, and being a Pendulum monster is very tricky.
Deck construction and maintenance tend to be annoyed, and the impression is that it has great performance.
Honestly, I think it's subtle if you say it's an effect that fits the habit.

It's a great challenge card. In this environment where removal is already rampant, we aim to maintain this status.
It's unreliable, but 《Moon Mirror Shield》and 《Dimension Guardian》are essential.
However, the extra response is very painful. It would be a pretty brave decision to throw away a flexible extra deck for this one card that would be pinpointed because of its performance.
A 2 draw every turn that might outperform that creates tremendous acceleration. It's really a Pandora's box.
