While Red Archfiend is deployed, there are few scenes where he is attacked, and if he is a noid, it is often better to stay in GY.
The ability itself is strong, so I think the evaluation will go up as the card pool increases.

Perhaps because the term Red Monster is too troublesome, I decided to support FIRE Fiend.
Infernoid would be the first thing that comes to mind, but it's a shame they're often better off in his GY. Or if it's a low-grade Infernoid?
Other than that, it's probably about retrieving the Red Monster and moving like an ARC-V Jack. He's sort of a spell-like card, but a bit limited in scope.
Combined with the fact that you can aim for salvage many times with the second effect, Red Resonator, which strongly supports Synchro, is the best companion candidate.
