Actually, I think that it is relatively strong.
Any method can be used for the effect of ③, so if you can drop "Performapal" from your hand to his GY, he can self-regenerate from GY, so I think it's an excellent development factor.

A grasshopper bastard with a jumble of three effects.
Is it operational design to revive with effect 3, endure with effect 1, activate effect 2, and aim for effect 3 again?
However, the only way to send EM from your hand to his GY is sleight of hand within EM. The 1 effect works pretty well with Inchorus, but it's a bit too backwards on its own.
As for the effect of 2, the main parts of the EM are gathered at level 4, and the salvage is not very compatible with the EM of the P summoning axis. It's undeniably awkward.
